美國消費品安全協會(cpsc)宣布，所有電動平衡車(包括扭扭車)的制造商、進口商、經銷商，其在美國本土生產、進口、銷售的平衡車必須符合最新的安全標準，包括ul2272平衡車電路系統認證標準。另外，所有平衡車電池必須符合un38.3認證要求。

辦理ul2272認證需提供資料：
1、 外觀尺寸圖；
2、 電池包規格書；
3、 電芯規格書；
4、 整套電路板的電路圖，pcb 走線圖；
5、 整套電路板的軟件程序保護原理框圖，硬件保護原理框圖；
6、 電路板bom 表；
7、 馬達規格書；
8、 電子檔標簽（包含：型號，電壓(vdc)，容量(ah or wh)，生產日期，極性標識，警告語句）；
9、 生產日期的編碼規則；
10、產品使用說明書；
標簽上需標識的警告語：
a. use only (__) charger.
b. warning – to reduce the risk of injury, user must read instruction manual.
