2023年7月28日，南非國際貿易管理委員會（itac）（代表南部非洲聯盟-sacu，sacu包含國家為南非、博茨瓦納、納米比亞、萊索托及斯威士蘭5國）發布公告，決定對自中國進口的機動車用小客車輪胎和卡客車輪胎產品（new pneumatic tyres of rubber of a kind usedonmotor cars and on buses or lorries）征收反傾銷稅，其中抽樣企業稅率為0~43.6%、未被抽樣的合作企業稅率為14.56%、其他企業稅率為41.47%。稅率詳見下表。涉案產品的南非稅號為4011.10.01、4011.10.03、4011.10.05、4011.10.07、4011.10.09、4011.20.16、4011.20.18和4011.20.26。
2022年1月31日，南非國際貿易管理委員會（代表南部非洲聯盟-sacu，sacu包含國家為南非、博茨瓦納、納米比亞、萊索托及斯威士蘭5國）對自中國進口的機動車用小客車輪胎和卡客車輪胎產品發起反傾銷調查。2022年8月25日，南非國際貿易管理委員會對此案作出反傾銷初裁。
